A brand new image-display system employing UMU's instantaneous switchable light control. This new image-display technique uses a UMU screen in the translucent mode, and projects an image from behind the screen, using a LC projector or any projector. When the screen is made transparent, one can see through to the opposite side. This allows images to be alternated with whatever is behind the screen. A showroom window, for example, may arrange for the products within the window to be shown interchangeably with images on the screen, according to a narration or music. It works with any projector !
